WEA Recognizes 23 Educators

Women’s Education Alliance proudly celebrated educators from our partner schools through the 2025–2026 Pay Performance Incentive Program check presentations.

This year, 23 educators successfully participated in the program, demonstrating a strong commitment to instructional growth, student progress, professional reflection, and accountability. Participants completed monthly reflection logs, reviewed student data, and implemented strategies to strengthen learning outcomes in their classrooms.

The check presentations were a joyful opportunity to recognize the dedication, perseverance, and impact of these outstanding teachers. Their work reflects WEA’s continued mission to support educators who are making a meaningful difference in the lives of students across our partner Catholic schools.

We are grateful for their commitment to excellence and for the many ways they help students grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
